For large quantity, we ship by sea in container or be air separately if you like. If you can do clearance yourself, it will be better. However, if you can`t, we will do our best to help you if we can.

For wholesale quantity, we ship by express companies, such as DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, SODEX, FEDEX etc. which will take several days to arrive, usually 4-5 working days for North America and West Europe, while a couple more days for the South America, Africa, East Europe, Mid East. We will provide the relative TRACKING NUMBERS when we have it after shipping.

Our responsibility is to ship shoes out from China. We can't promise to 100% pass your local customs, although it seldom happens to us. When unfortunately it happens, we will do our best to make relative documents such as invoice, authorization letter, certificate of origin to help you clear the goods from your customs. If the shoes get stopped in China customs, we will reship your orders again if we still have those shoes you choose, or else, we will ask you to choose other styles. We are not responsible for package lost, defect, damage during delivery after we ship them out from China.
